Cucumber Juice
Cucumber quality: Every kind of cucumber
can be juiced. Only use fresh, crisp, chilled
cucumbers.
Preparation: Brush off well, cut off bitter ends,
and cut the cucumber into pieces that fi t into
the juicer.
Juicing: Cucumbers can be juiced very quickly.
If you wish to, mix with other juices.

Wheatgrass Juice
You can use wheatgrass juice during many
types of therapy. You can drink it during regi-
mens or fasting, for cleansing your intestines,
and much more. The complete range of use of
wheatgrass and other green herb juices cannot
be described here.
Wheatgrass quality: Freshly cut wheatgrass.
Preparation: Cut the grass to a length of
6 cm.
Juicing: Add a small amount of wheatgrass,
alternating with a small amount of water, until
everything has been juiced. Add 6 walnuts and
4 cups of carrot juice, and you will get a nutri-
tious and delicious drink.
