– Remove the lever (1) from the anchoring.
– Insert the lever (1) into the brake bracket through the slot in the hood of the motor (2).
– Lift and hold the lever.
The load is lowered.
– Let go of the lever to brake.
– Anchor the lever again after use.
– Send the hoist to the manufacturer for testing or repair or send it to a specialist hoisting gear workshop.

Moving upwards manually

Risk of falling! Risk of being injured by falling objects!
The centrifugal brake might not brake the load in case of overloading!
– In the event of overloading, never open the operating brake (spring-loaded brake) manually.
Risk of burns!
Motors can become hot during operation!
– Do not touch the motors.
Note:
The handwheel bracket fitting location (5) and the bracket version can vary in compliance with the ordering specifications.
The handwheel (4) enables the hoist to be raised manually if a power failure occurs or if the BSO fall arrest device has triggered. A
load of up to 500 kg can be raised manually by a single operator using the handwheel. The handwheel is mounted permanently to the
hoist.
