Training zones by heart rate
Whilst your current heart rate is shown in the display on the fitness wrist-
band, the fitness wristband also shows your current training zone in turn.
The maximum heart rate is automatically generated using the following
formula: 220–age = maximum heart rate. The individual training zones
are calculated on the basis of the maximum heart rate. The heart rate is
preconfigured into the following training zones; however it can be changed
via the app:
"Fat Burning" is shown in the display when your current heart
rate is between 50 % and 60 % of your maximum heart rate.
"Aerobic" is shown in the display when your current heart rate
is between 60 % and 70 % of your maximum heart rate.
"Steady" is shown in the display when your current heart rate
is between 70 % and 80 % of your maximum heart rate.
"Anaerobic" is shown in the display if your current heart rate
is between 80 % and 90 % of your maximum heart rate.
"Maximum" is shown in the display if your current heart rate
is above 90 % of your maximum heart rate.
