The fitness wristband shows movements in steps. Steps are
recorded by a 3D Sensor inside the fitness wristband casing.

Calories burned

The fitness wristband calculates the calories you have burned
using the details you entered in the app (height, age, sex, weight)
and the number of steps you have taken. When you wake up in the
morning, the fitness wristband will already show a count of burned
calories, as the body also burns calories while resting. The device
automatically also includes calories burned while resting in the count.
