Warranty / Service
We provide a 3 year warranty starting from the day of purchase for any
material or manufacturing faults in the fitness wristband.
The warranty does not cover:
·
Damage due to improper use.
·
Wear parts.
·
Damage caused by the customer.
·
If the device has been opened by an unauthorised repair shop.
This warranty does not affect the customer's legal rights. The customer
must provide proof of purchase in order for any warranty claims within
the warranty period to be honoured. The warranty claim must be filed
with Hans Dinslage GmbH, Uttenweiler, GERMANY, within 3 years from
the date of purchase.
