Pulse measurement

The fitness wristband contains an optical sensor which can be
used to measure your pulse in real time. To start measurement,
HeartRate
switch to the pulse measurement view.
To activate, hold down the "Touch" button
and then release the button as soon as "detecting..." is shown
in the display. The fitness wristband will then start to record your
pulse. As soon as the fitness wristband has recorded a pulse,
the value measured will appear in the display. If the fitness
wristband cannot record a pulse, "No Signal" will appear in
the display.
If this happens, check whether the optical sensor on the back has
enough skin contact and is free of skin particles or dust.
Incoming light and too much movement can distort the pulse measurement.
For this reason, make sure that the device is fitted tightly enough without
it cutting into the skin. Then restart the pulse measurement.
