Distance covered
Using the height details you entered in the app, the fitness wrist-
band estimates the length of your steps. You can also individually
change the length of your stride. The fitness wristband calculates
the distance you have covered using the length of your stride and
number of steps you have taken. The displayed distance is a rough
guide, and does not necessarily correspond to the actual distance.
Time active
The time active shows how much time you have already spent
actively moving. The time active only counts the amount of time
you have been moving.
Daily goal progress
You can specify a daily goal (e.g. 10,000 steps) in the
"HealthForYou" app settings. Your current progress towards a set
daily goal (in %) can be read from the fitness wristband display.
