Pulse measurement

The fitness wristband contains an optical sensor which can be used to
measure your pulse in real time. To start measurement, switch to the
pulse measurement view.
To activate, hold down the "touch" button
then release the button as soon as the three dots are shown in the
display
pulse. As soon as the fitness wristband has recorded a pulse, the
value measured will appear in the display. If the fitness wristband
does not record a pulse, OFF
If this happens, check whether the optical sensor on the back has
enough skin contact and is free of skin particles or dust.
Incoming light and too much movement can distort the pulse measure-
ment. For this reason, make sure that the device is fitted tightly enough
without it cutting into the skin. Then restart the pulse measurement.

Steps / movements

The fitness wristband shows movements in steps. Steps are recorded by
a 3D Sensor inside the fitness wristband casing.
