2. Mount the wall mount. The wall mount
must be attached vertically.
• For concrete walls and masonry, fol-
low Fig. G.
3. Hang the hose box in the wall mount
(see Fig. F).
Hold the hose box by the carry han-
dle (2). Guide the hose box into the
wall mount until the centre bores meet.
Secure the hose and wall mount with
the splint supplied (9) (see Fig. D).
Beading the open end of the split pre-
vents the splint from becoming loos-
ened.
4. Turn off the tap element (13) at the tap
(see Fig. J). Depending on the connec-
tion threads of the tap, turn the reducer
(14) in the tap element.
5. Connect the hose element for the tap
(12) and the connecting hose (11) to the
tap (see Fig. K). Make sure that you can
hear it engaging.
6. Connect the spray nozzle (7) to the hose
element with the water stop (6). Make
sure that you can hear it engaging.
Make sure that the spray is closed (see
Fig. M).
The hose reel is ready for operation.
Dismantling
Carry out the assembly process in reverse
(see chapter ‚Carrying out assembly').

Operation

Unrolling the hose

1. Pull the irrigation hose (5) out of the
hose box (3) until it reaches the desired
length (see Fig. L).
2. Lower the tension. The irrigation hose
will briefly move back until it is held by
the retraction block.
3. Turn on the tap. Make sure that the
spray nozzle is closed.
4. Open the spray nozzle (7) by turning it
to the left (see Fig. M).
5. The hose may only be pulled out up to
the red marking.

Rolling the hose up

Danger of injury and damage!
An unguided irrigation hose can skid and
spin as a result of the spring tension of
the automatic rolling, and cause injuries
and damage to property.
− Always guide the irrigation hose with
your hand. Make sure that there are no
other people nearby when you roll up
the hose.
− Never reach into the casing.
1. Close the spray nozzle (7) by turning it
to the right (see Fig. M).
2. Turn off the tap.
3. Open the spray nozzle to release the
water pressure. Close the spray nozzle
again.
4. Hold the irrigation hose (5) by the spray
nozzle. Pull the irrigation hose briefly to
deactivate the return block. Guide the
irrigation hose with your hand while it
automatically rolls back up to the end
stop (4) in the hose box (3) (see Fig. N).
5. Swing the hose box towards the wall to
save space (see Fig. B).

Connecting other water consumers

− To connect other water consumers,
remove the spray nozzle (7) from the
hose element with water stop (6) (see
Fig. O). Pull the hose element with
water stop (6) back far enough for you
to be able to disconnect the spray noz-
zle (7).
− The water stop integrated in the hose
element prevents water flowing out.

Winter storage

Protect the hose box from frost.
Frozen residual water in the hose
will expand and may cause dam-
age.
1. Separate the connecting hose (11)
from the tap. Pull the hose element
(12) back far enough for you to be
able to disconnect the tap connec-
tion (13).
