Warranty and service

The product has been carefully manufac-
tured under strict quality guidelines and
checked meticulously before delivery.
Should this product have any faults, you
are entitled to statutory claims against
the vendors of this product. These legal
rights are not restricted by our warranty
as set out below.
You will receive a 3-year warranty from
the purchase date of this product. The
warranty period begins with the purchase
date. Please make sure you keep the
original receipt. This document is required
as proof of the sale.
If a material or production fault arises
within 3 years of the purchase date for
this product, we will repair or replace the
product - at our own discretion - for you
for free. This warranty is invalidated if the
product is damaged, used or maintained
incorrectly.
The warranty service applies for material
or production faults. This warranty does
not include product parts exposed to nor-
mal wear and tear (e.g. batteries), which
can therefore be viewed as expendable
parts, or damage to breakable parts, e.g.
switches, rechargeable batteries or parts
made from glass.
