In case of WAMFLO
®
ATEX fil-
ter with hatch (FNXS - FNXP -
FNXB - FNXL), before open-
ing the door, make sure the
filter is switched off and dis-
connected from the electric/
pneumatic energy sources.
Do not open the door for any
operation before allowing
sufficient time for the dust
to settle to avoid the opera-
tor being struck by a cloud
of airborne dust on opening
the door.
Use the relevant PPD as rec-
ommended in the safety
sheet.
For all maintenance opera-
tions carried out with the
door open, the electrical
equipment must be ATEX
certified category 1 with IP6X
protection degree.
After shutting the inspection
hatch door, make sure the
knobs are locked.
While carrying out mainte-
nance operations on the fil-
ter on top of the silos TAKE
CARE to avoid dropping
heavy metal objects inside.
Impact may give rise to
sparks!
After eventual opening of
the antiburst panel following
an explosion, WAM
®
no long-
er guarantees the resistance
standards of the filter body.

Im Fall von WAMFLO ® ATEX
mit Klappe (FNXS - FNXP -
FNXB - FNXL) vor dem Öffnen
der Inspektionsklappe si-
cherstellen, dass der Filter
ausgeschaltet und von der
e l e k t r i s c h e n / p n e u m a t i -
schen Energiequellen abge-
trennt ist.
Die Klappe für keinen Vor-
gang öffnen, ohne dass eine
vernünftige Zeit abgelaufen
ist, um zu vermeiden, dass
der Bediener beim Öffnen
der Klappe durch in der Luft
verteilte Staubwolken er-
fasst wird.
Die entsprechenden PSA
benutzen, die im Sicher-
heitsdatenblatt stehen.
Für die etwaigen Wartungs-
arbeiten, die mit offener
Klappe ausgeführt werden,
müssen die elektrischen
Ausrüstungen nach ATEX in
Kat. 1 mit Schutzart IP6X zer-
tifiziert sein.
Nach dem Schließen der
Klappe die Griffe fest zu-
schließen.
Während der Wartungsarbei-
ten auf dem Filter über Silos
DARAUF ACHTEN, dass man
keine schweren Metallge-
genstände
hineinfallen
lässt.
Etwaige Stöße könnten Fun-
ken erzeugen!
Nach einer etwaigen Öffnung
der Berstmembran infolge
einer Explosion kann WAM ®
die Standardfestigkeit des
Filtergehäuses nicht mehr
gewährleisten.

Nel caso del WAMFLO
®
ATEX
con portello (FNXS - FNXP -
FNXB - FNXL) prima di aprire
il portello assicurarsi che il
filtro sia spento e scollega-
to dalle fonti di energia elet-
trica/pneumatica. Non aprire
il portello per qualsiasi ope-
razione senza che sia tra-
scorso un tempo ragionevo-
le al fine di evitare che apren-
do il portello l'operatore sia
investito da nubi di polvere
aerodisperse.
Utilizzare gli appositi DPI
come suggerito dalla sche-
da di sicurezza.
Per tutti gli interventi manu-
tentivi eseguiti con il portel-
lo aperto le apparecchiature
elettriche dovranno essere
certificate ATEX di cat. 1 con
grado di IP6X.
Una volta chiuso il portello
aver cura di serrare i pomel-
li.
Durante le operazioni di ma-
nutenzione sul filtro sopra
silos FARE ATTENZIONE a non
far cadere all'interno ogget-
ti metallici pesanti. Eventuali
urti potrebbero dare origine
a scintille!
Dopo un'eventuale apertura
della membrana antiscoppio
a seguito di esplosione,
WAM
®
non garantisce più gli
standard di resistenza del
corpo filtrante.
