WAMFLO
ATEX (code FNX) is a
range of round filters with flang-
ed body for application on silos
or hoppers by means of a se-
ries of bolts.
They are made entirely of 304
stainless steel with the excep-
tion of the carbon steel seal
frame. 316 st. st. can be used
as an option.
The filter elements cleaning sys-
tem involves an innovative blow-
ing system with "full immersion"
solenoid valves and blow tubes
directly connected to the air res-
ervoir; this system is completely
built into the cover so as to re-
duce to the maximum the overall
dimensions and the time neces-
sary for maintenance.
Thanks to the various choices
available in terms of height, di-
ameter and filtering surface,
WAMFLO
®
ATEX filters can be
used for any application in all
industrial sectors.
The technical features and com-
pressed air cleaning system
make it ideal for continuous use.

DESCRIZIONE E FUNZIONE D'USO
WAMFLO ® ATEX (Code FNX) ist
eine Baureihe von Rundfiltern mit
Flanschgehäuse, das mittels ei-
ner Reihe von Schrauben den
Anschluss an Silos oder Trich-
ter gestattet.
Sie bestehen komplett aus Edel-
stahl 1.4301, mit Ausnahme der
Elementehalterungsplatte aus
Stahl. Auf Wunsch ist diese Plat-
te auch aus Edelstahl 1.4301
oder 1.4401 lieferbar.
Zur Reinigung der Filterelemen-
te ist ein innovatives Abreini-
gungssystem mit „full immersi-
on" Magnetventilen und Abreini-
gungsrohren vorgesehen, die
direkt an den Druckbehälter an-
geschlossen sind. Dieses Sys-
tem ist komplett in die Wetter-
haube integriert, um Platzbedarf
und Wartung zu minimieren.
Dank der zahlreichen Varianten
in bezug auf die Einbauhöhe,
den Gehäusedurchmesser und
die Filterfläche sind WAMFLO ®
ATEX Filter für alle Industriespar-
ten geeignet.
Dank seiner technischen Eigen-
schaften und des Druckluft-Ab-
reinigungssystems ist dieses
Filter für den Dauerbetrieb
besonders geeignet.

elementów filtracyjnych pr-
zewidziano nowatorski system
oczyszczania z zaworami elek-
tromagnetycznymi typu „full im-
mersion" oraz przewodami ru-
rowymi
pod³¹czonymi
bezpoœrednio do zbiornika ciœ-
nieniowego. System ten jest w
ca³oœci wbudowany w pokrywê
filtra, co oszczêdza du¿o miej-
sca oraz czasu potrzebnego na
konserwacjê.

WAMFLO
ATEX (codice FNX) è
una gamma di filtri circolari con
corpo flangiato, che permette la
connessione a silo o tramoggia
tramite una serie di viti.
Sono realizzati completamente in
AISI 304 ad esclusione della pia-
stra portaelementi in ferro. Come
opzione la piastra portaelementi
può essere realizzata in AISI 304
oppure 316. Il corpo filtro, in via
opzionale, può essere realizza-
to in AISI 316.
Il sistema di pulizia degli elementi
filtranti è realizzato tramite un
innovativo sistema di sparo con
elettrovalvole "full immersion" e
tubi di sparo direttamente colle-
gati al serbatoio.
Questo sistema è completamen-
te integrato nel coperchio in
modo da ridurre al massimo gli
ingombri e il tempo necessario
per la manutenzione.
Grazie alle numerose varianti di
scelta in termini di altezza, dia-
metro e superficie filtrante, i filtri
WAMFLO
®
ATEX sono utilizzabili
in tutti i settori industriali.
Le caratteristiche tecniche ed il
sistema di pulizia ad aria com-
pressa ne fanno una macchina
adatta all'uso in continuo.
