connections fitted: the solenoid
coil connections with the fan
are made and tested by WAM
- The std. equipment is complete
with the microswitch to set the
pause times between the
blows (pause time between the
cleaning cycle) and with the mi-
croswitch to set the blow time
(the adjustable times are
shown in the "timing table").
- The electronic boards of the
medium and large size are com-
plete with fixed timer used to
clean after the filling cycle.
- The best cleaning of every de-
dusting plant is made without
any air entering the filter.
- In absence of the air flow, the
powder comes off from the
cartridge with more efficiency,
leaving the filtering media
cleaner.

- In den Filtern der Serie WAM-
FLO ® ATEX , befindet sich die
Steuerung in einem, am Gerät
befestigten Schaltkasten in
Schutzart IP 66, der eine elek-
tronische Platine nach CE-Norm
beinhaltet. Über die Platine
werden sowohl die Abblasein-
heit, als auch der Ventilator an-
gesteuert.
- Die Filter werden bereits fertig
verkabelt geliefert (Verkabe-
®
.
lung der Magnetventile sowie
des Ventilators, sofern vor-
handen) und vor der Ausliefe-
rung einem Werkstest unterzo-
gen.
- In der Standardversion sind so-
wohl ein Mikroschalter für die
Intervalldauer zwischen einer
Abreinigung und der nächsten,
als auch ein Mikroschalter für
die Dauer des Druckluftstoßes
vorgesehen (Regelbereiche
siehe Tabelle unten).
- Lediglich die Filter der mittleren
und der großen Baureihe sind
mit einem zusätzlichen, nicht
verstellbaren Timer für die au-
tomatische Nachreinigung
augestattet.
- Diese Maßnahme hat ihren Ur-
sprung in der Erkenntnis, daß
in jedem Entstaubungsprozeß
der höchste Abreinigungsgrad
des Filermediums dann be-
steht, wenn am Filtereingang
keine Luft mehr ansteht. Der
abgeblasene, herabfallende
Staub findet keinen entgegen-
gesetzten, die Abreinigung be-
hindernden Luftstrom.
- Damit eine einwandfreie Funk-
tion gewährleistet ist, muß ein
korrekter elektrischer An-
schluß ans Netz erfolgen.

- W filtrach serii WAMFLO
ATEX uk³ady steruj¹ce umie-
szczone s¹ w skrzynce rozd-
zielczej przy maszynie (sto-
pieñ ochrony IP 66), która
zawiera elektroniczn¹ p³ytê
steruj¹c¹, zgodn¹ z norm¹ CE.
Owa p³ytka elektroniczna ste-
ruje zarówno prac¹ jednostek
wydmuchowych, jak i wenty-
latora.
- Filtry dostarczane s¹ z go-
towym
okablowaniem
(zaworów
elektroma-
gnetycznych oraz wentylato-
ra, jeœli jest na wyposa¿eniu).
Przed dostarczeniem do od-
biorcy poddawane s¹ fa-
brycznym testom.
- W wersji standardowej pr-
zewidziano
zarówno
mikroprze³¹cznik do regulacji
okresu
miêdzy
oczyszczania,
jak
mikroprze³¹cznik-regulator
czasu
trwania
o c z y s z c z a j ¹ c e g o
(sprê¿onego
powietrza).

- Jedynie filtry œredniej i du¿ej
wielkoœci wyposa¿one s¹ w

- Przyczyn¹ stosowania tego
zabiegu jest fakt, i¿ w ka¿dym
procesie odpylania najwy¿szy
stopieñ oczyszczenia medium
filtracyjnego uzyskuje siê
wówczas, gdy na wejœciu fil-
tra nie ma ju¿ ruchu powietr-
za. Zdmuchniêty, opadaj¹cy
py³ nie napotyka ¿adnego pr-
zeciwnego, utrudniaj¹cego
oczyszczanie
strumienia
powietrza.
- Aby
zapewniæ
sprawne
dzia³anie, konieczne jest
prawid³owe skonfigurowanie

- Per i filtri tipo WAMFLO ® ATEX,
l' unità di comando del gruppo
di sparo è collocata all'interno
di una scatola di derivazione
con protezione IP66 secondo
norme CEI EN 60529 ed è com-
posta da una scheda a norme
CE.
- La scheda viene fornita già
precablata: i collegamenti alle
bobine vengono effettuati e col-
laudati da WAM ® .
- La dotazione standard preve-
de sia il microswitch per la re-
golazione dei tempi di pausa
(tempo tra uno "sparo" e l' al-
tro) che quello per la regola-
zione della durata dello "sparo"
(tempo di apertura dell'elettro-
valvola); i tempi regolabili sono
riportati nella tabella "temporiz-
zazioni".

- Tutte le schede elettroniche
sono dotate di un timer fisso
utilizzato per la pulizia di fine
impulsu
lavoro.
- È risaputo che la pulizia più ef-
ficace di ogni impianto di ab-
battimento polveri è quella che
viene effettuata in totale as-
senza di aria in ingresso filtro.
- La polvere, non trovando il flus-
so di aria ascensionale si di-
stacca dagli elementi con mag-
gior efficacia, lasciando il tes-
suto più pulito.
- Per un corretto utilizzo, vedi
