WAMFLO
ATEX filters have pro-
vision for installation of antiburst
panel.
The provision consists of a mem-
brane-holder stub pipe (A) which
is bolted to filter (C).
The membrane (B) may be sup-
plied by WAM
®
or purchased di-
rectly by the client.
The membrane-holder stub pipe
and the membrane are packed
separately for delivery.

The membrane-holder stub pipe
MUST be bolted to the filter and
is supplied with a perimeter gas-
ket to be inserted between the
filter and the stub pipe.
The method for assembling the
stub pipe to the filter is similar to
that described earlier for con-
necting the filter and the bottom
ring.
After the stub pipe is bolted to
the filter, the filter + stub pipe
assembly MUST be mounted on
the bottom ring according to the
method described earlier.
ANTIBURST PANEL
Read the safety norms carefully
before installation.
- The panel MUST be installed
last, with the filter positioner
and fitted, to avoid damaging
it.

Die Filter WAMFLO ® ATEX kön-
nen für die Installation von Berst-
schutzmembranen vorgerüstet
werden.
Diese Vorrüstung besteht aus
einem Membrantragstutzen (A),
der mittels Schrauben am Filter
(C) befestigt wird.
Die Membran (B) kann von
WAM ® geliefert oder direkt vom
Kunden erworben werden.
Sowohl der Membrantragstutzen
als auch die Membran werden
separat verpackt geliefert.

Der Membranstutzen MUSS mit
Schrauben am Filter befestigt
werden und wird mit einer Um-
fangsdichtung geliefert, die zwi-
schen Filter und Stutzen einzu-
fügen ist.
Die Befestigungsweise des Stut-
zens am Filter entspricht jener,
die zuvor für den Anschluss
zwischen Filter und Einschweiß-
zarge beschrieben wurde.
Nach Befestigung des Stutzens
am Filter MUSS das System Fil-
ter + Stutzen wie vorab be-
schrieben auf der Einschweiß-
zarge montiert werden.
BERSTPLATTE
Vor der Installation die Sicher-
heitsbestimmungen aufmerksam
durchlesen.
- Die Platte MUSS zuletzt instal-
liert werden, wenn der Filter
schon positioniert und montiert
worden ist.

Króciec membrany MUSI zostaæ
zamocowany do filtra œrubami i
jest dostarczany wraz z uszc-
zelk¹ obwodow¹, któr¹ nale¿y
umieœciæ miêdzy filtrem a
króæcem.
Sposób monta¿u króæca na filtr-
ze jest taki sam jak w przypadku
monta¿u ko³nierza ³¹czeniowe-
go na filtrze.
Po zamocowaniu króæca na fil-
trze nale¿y zamocowaæ zestaw
filtr+króciec na ko³nierzu ³¹cze-
niowym zgodnie z wczeœ-
niejszym opisem (na poprzed-
niej stronie).

czytaæ wskazówki bezpieczeñ-
stwa

zainstalowany na koñcu, po
ustawieniu i zamontowaniu fil-
tra .

I filtri WAMFLO
ATEX possono
essere predisposti all'installazio-
ne di membrane antiscoppio.
La predisposizione è costituita
da un tronchetto portamembra-
na (A) che viene imbullonato al
filtro (C).
La membrana (B) può essere
fornita da WAM
®
oppure acqui-
stata direttamente dal cliente.
Sia il tronchetto portamembrana
che la membrana sono forniti in
imballi separati.
Il tronchetto portamembrana
DEVE essere imbullonato al filtro
e viene fornito di guarnizione pe-
rimetrale, da inserire tra filtro e
tronchetto stesso.
Le modalità di montaggio del tron-
chetto al filtro sono analoghe a
quelle precedentemente descrit-
te per il collegamento tra il filtro e
l'anello sottofiltro.
Una volta imbullonato il tronchet-
to al filtro, il sistema filtro + tron-
chetto DEVE essere montato sul-
l'anello sottofiltro secondo le mo-
dalità descritte in precedenza.
PANNELLO ANTISCOPPIO
Prima dell'installazione leggere
attentamente le norme di sicu-
rezza.
- Il pannello DEVE essere instal-
lato a filtro posizionato e mon-
tato.
