DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
with the Directives of the European Union
The round body filter WAMFLO ® ATEX (Code: FNX) has been
designed and is manufactured in conformity with the following directives:
- Directive "ATEX" 94/9/CE of 23 rd March, 1994
- Directive "Machines" 98/37/CE of 22 nd June, 1998
- Directive "Electromagnetic Compatibility" 89/336/CE of 3 rd May, 1989
The conformity has been verified according to the conditions included
in the following standard documents:
X:Temperature of 200°C if suction fan unit is present
Temperature of 80°C on the filter body if the temperature of the fluid is 80°C
with the following certified body with file No. 8000328395
This equipment must never be put into operation before the machine or plant into whi-
ch it has been integrated has been declared in conformity with the provisions of Direc-
tive 98/37/CE, and provisions for national implementation standards.
