MAIN POWER SUPPLY BOARD
The installer must provide a
mains supply board for the filter
that satisfies all the relevant safe-
ty norms, and in particular pro-
vide for the following:
1-start and stop command (of the
controller board, fan and blow-
ing unit)
2-ommand for reset following an
emergency stop or power fail-
ure to prevent sudden restart.
After interruption and subse-
quent resetting of the power sup-
ply, the safety circuits must not
allow sudden startup of the sta-
tion, even if the commands and
selectors have remained in the
automatic operating position.
3-emergency stop of all parts of
the filter. This command must
be category 0 (stopping by im-
mediate suspension, or delayed
suspension using the timer, of
the power supply to the ma-
chine actuators – uncontrolled
stop with brakes and/or mechan-
ical stop devices activated). The
pushbutton to be used by the
installer for commanding an
emergency stop has features
conforming to standard UNI EN
418; the components comprise
a red mushroom shaped push-
button, with self-retaining mech-
anism, with release by rotation,
on a yellow background; the re-
set (release by rotation) does not
involve a new startup, which is
only possible by means of the
special procedure described in
the attached manuals and doc-
umentation. The emergency
stop function must be carried out
by the installer in accordance
with the principles of standard
CEI EN 60204-1 and must con-
form to category 2 indicated by
standard UNI EN 954-1
4-a microswitch on the filter door.
This device must prevent start-
up of the controller board if the
door is not shut.
The user is responsible for correct
power supply to the electronic
board and electric motor and must
take into account the electrical
and safety requisites defined for
ZONE 22 (94/9/CE).

Der Installateur muss für einen
Stromversorgungskasten des Fil-
ters sorgen, der allen einschlägi-
gen Sicherheitsbestimmungen
gerecht wird und insbesondere
folgende Elemente vorsieht:
1-eine Ein- und Ausschaltvorrich-
tung (sowohl der elektronischen
Platine als auch des Ventilators
und der Abreinigungsgruppe)
2-eine Vorrichtung für das Reset
nach einem Not-Halt oder einem
Strom-ausfall, um einen unge-
wollten Neustart zu verhindern.
Nach der Unterbrechung und
dem anschlie-ßenden Wieder-
einschalten der Stromversor-
gung dürfen die Sicher-heits-
kreisläufe es nicht gestatten, dass
die Station sich plötzlich wieder
selbst in Betrieb setzt, auch
wenn die Bedienelemente und
Wahlschalter in der Position für
Automatikbetrieb stehen ge-
blieben sind.
3-eine Not-Stopp-Befehlsvorrich-
tung aller Filterteile. Diese Vor-
richtung muss der Kategorie 0
angehören (sofortiger Stopp
oder sofortige Unterbrechung
oder eventuell mit Zeitschalter
verzögerte Leistungs-versorgung
der Bedienelemente der Ma-
schine - nicht gesteuertes Ab-
schalten mit Bremsen und/oder
aktivierten mechanischen Ab-
schalt-vorrichtungen). Die Taste,
die der Installateur für die Aus-
führung der Not-Befehlsvorrich-
tung benutzt, muss den Bestim-
mungen der UNI EN 418 ent-
sprechen. Die Komponenten
bestehen aus einer roten Pilz-
taste mit mechanischer Selbst-
haltung, die durch Drehen ent-
riegelbar ist und einem gelben
Untergrund. Die Rückstellung
(Entriegeln durch Verdrehen)
führt selbst noch nicht zu einem
Neustart, der nur dann möglich
ist, wenn man vorgeht wie in den
beiliegenden Handbüchern und
Dokumentationen beschrieben.
Die Not-Stopp-Funktion muss
vom Installateur so ausgeführt
werden, dass die Prinzipien der
Norm CEI EN 60204-1 beachtet
werden und alle Bestimmungen
eingehalten werden, die für die
Kategorie 2 der Norm UNI EN
954-1 vorgesehen sind.
4-einen Mikroschalter auf der
Klappe des Filters. Diese Vorrich-
tung muss das Einschalten der
Steuerplatine verhindern, falls
die Klappe sich nicht in der ge-
schlossenen Position befindet.
Der Anwender ist für die korrekte
Stromversorgung der elektroni-
schen Platine und des Elektromo-
tors verantwortlich und muss die
elektrischen Schutzanforderun-
gen beachten, die für die ZONE
22 (94/9/EG) vorgesehen sind.
SKRZYNKA ROZDZIELCZA ZASI-
LANIA G£ÓWNEGO
Instalator musi zapewniæ tak¹ skr-
zynkê zasilaj¹c¹ filtr, która spe³nia
wszystkie istotne normy bezpiec-
zeñstwa, a w szczególnoœci ofe-
ruje nastêpuj¹ce elementy:
1-urz¹dzenie
w³¹czaj¹ce
wy³¹czaj¹ce (zarówno p³ytkê
elektroniczn¹, jak i wentylator
oraz system oczyszczania filtra);
2-urz¹dzenie resetuj¹ce po zatr-
zymaniu awaryjnym lub awarii
zasilania,
aby
unikn¹æ
niepo¿¹danego
ponownego
uruchomienia. Po przerwaniu,
a nastêpnie przywróceniu zasi-
lania obwody zabezpieczaj¹ce
nie mog¹ pozwalaæ na nag³e
ponowne samouruchomienie
stacji, nawet gdy elementy
obs³ugi i przepozosta³y w
pozycji dla trybu pracy automa-
tycznej.
3-Urz¹dzenie
zatrzymania
awaryjnego (wy³¹cznik awaryjny)
wszystkich elementów filtra.
Urz¹dzenie to musi mieæ kate-
goriê 0 (zatrzymanie przez na-
tychmiastowe lub opóŸnione
(regulowane timerem) przerwa-
nie dop³ywu zasilania do ele-
mentów steruj¹cych maszyn¹ -
nieregulowane zatrzymanie za
pomoc¹ hamulców i/lub uaktyw-
nionych
mechanicznych
urz¹dzeñ wy³¹czaj¹cych). Pr-
zycisk, którego u¿yje instalator
do realizacji funkcji wy³¹czania
awaryjnego, musi wykazywaæ
cechy zgodne z norm¹ UNI EN
418. Element taki musi sk³adaæ
siê z przycisku grzybkowego w
kolorze czerwonym z mechaniz-
mem samoblokuj¹cym, zwal-
nianym przez przekrêcenie pr-
zycisku oraz ¿ó³tego t³a. Odblo-
kowanie maszyny (zwolnienie
przycisku przez jego obrócenie)
nie powoduje jeszcze ponowne-
go uruchomienia maszyny. Jest
ono mo¿liwe tylko wówczas, gdy
wykonana zostanie specjalna
procedura
opisana
do³¹czonych instrukcjach i do-
kumentacji. Funkcja zatrzyma-
nia awaryjnego musi zostaæ za-
implementowana przez instala-
tora
zgodnie
z
zasadami
okreœlonymi w normie CEI EN
60204-1 i musi spe³niaæ wa-
runki dla kategorii 2 okreœlonej
w normie UNI EN 954-1.
4-mikroprze³¹cznik na klapie (dr-
zwiczkach) filtra; urz¹dzenie to
musi uniemo¿liwiaæ w³¹czenie
elektronicznej p³ytki steruj¹cej,
jeœli klapa nie znajduje siê w
pozycji zamkniêtej.
U¿ytkownik jest odpowiedzialny za
zapewnienie prawid³owego zasi-
lania p³ytki elektronicznej oraz
silnika elektrycznego i musi uwz-
glêdniæ
wymogi
dotycz¹ce
bezpieczeñstwa elektrycznego pr-
zewidziane dla STREFY 22 (94/
9/CE).

QUADRO ELETTRICO DI
ALIMENTAZIONE GENERALE
L'installatore deve prevedere un
quadro di alimentazione del fil-
tro che risponda a tutte le norme
di sicurezza pertinenti, ed in par-
i
ticolare preveda la presenza di:
1-comando di avvio e arresto (sia
della scheda elettronica che del
ventilatore e del gruppo di spa-
ro)
2- comando di reset dopo un ar-
resto di emergenza o mancan-
za di corrente per evitare un riav-
vio intempestivo. Dopo l'inter-
ruzione ed il successivo ripristi-
no dell'alimentazione i circuiti
di sicurezza non devono con-
sentire l'avviamento intempesti-
vo della postazione, anche se i
comandi ed i selettori sono ri-
masti in posizione di funziona-
mento automatico.
3-comando di arresto di emergen-
za di tutte le parti del filtro. Tale
comando dovrà essere di cate-
goria 0 (arresto mediante so-
spensione immediata, o even-
tualmente ritardata con tempo-
rizzatore, dell'alimentazione di
potenza agli attuatori di mac-
china - arresto non controllato
con freni e/o dispositivi mecca-
nici di arresto attivati). Il pul-
sante che dovrà utilizzare l'in-
stallatore per il comando d'ar-
resto di emergenza ha caratte-
ristiche conformi alla norma UNI
EN 418; i componenti sono co-
struttivamente composti da pul-
sante a fungo di colore rosso,
dotato di autoritenuta mecca-
nica con sgancio a rotazione e
sfondo colorato di giallo; il riar-
mo (sgancio mediante rotazio-
ne) non comporta un nuovo av-
viamento, che può avvenire so-
lamente utilizzando l'apposita
procedura descritta nei manua-
li e nella documentazione alle-
gata. La funzione di arresto di
emergenza deve essere realiz-
zata dall'installatore in modo da
rispettare i principi della norma
CEI EN 60204-1 ed essere con-
forme ai requisiti previsti per la
w
categoria 2 indicati dalla nor-
ma UNI EN 954-1
4-un microinterruttore sul portel-
lone del filtro. Tale dispositivo
dovrà impedire l'avvio della
scheda di gestione qualora il
portello non fosse in posizione
di chiuso.
L'utilizzatore è responsabile del-
la corretta alimentazione della
scheda elettronica e del motore
elettrico e deve tenere conto dei
requisiti elettrici e di protezione
imposti dalla ZONA 22 (94/9/CE).
