ELECTRICAL PROTECTION
It is compulsory to install sys-
tems for protection from over-
currents and overloads in ac-
cordance with CEI EN 60204.
In particular,:
- in conformity to paragraphs 7.2
and 7.3 of CEI EN 60204-1
standard depending on the
type of line, type of use and
circuit connected, these pro-
tections must be inserted in a
co-ordinated manner by fol-
lowing the power supply lines
to the mains connection.
- the rated current of the fuses
or regulation current of other
safety devices against over-
currents (magnetothermal cut-
out switch, maximum current
relay) is selected with the low-
est possible value, but ade-
quate for the envisaged cur-
rents. By means of these siz-
es the installer must take into
account the protection of in-
terconnecting equipment of the
command and control circuit in
case of overcurrent to avoid
for example, welding of the
contacts of the equipment
(auxiliary relays, contactors,
etc.).
- the power circuits meant for
powering the activation mech-
anisms and command actua-
tors (actuators on board the
filter, etc.) are particularly pro-
vided with protection from
short circuits (with the power
of interruption sufficient to cut
off the presumably faulty cur-
rent at the installation point).
The controller board is accom-
panied by the certificate for con-
formity to the Low Voltage Di-
rective 73/23/CE and the Elec-
tromagnetic compatibility Direc-
tive 89/336/CE

ELEKTRISCHE SCHUTZVOR-
RICHTUNGEN
Es ist erforderlich, Schutz sys-
teme gegen Überströme und
Überlastungen gemäß der CEI EN
60204 zu installieren.
Insbesondere gilt wie folgt:
- Entsprechend der Absätze 7.2
und 7.3 der Norm CEI EN
60204-1 sind diese Schutzvor-
richtungen aufgrund des Lei-
tungstyps, des Benutzertyps
oder des ange- schlossenen
Stromkreises koor- diniert und
den Versorgungs- linien bis
zur allgemeinen Anschluss-
stelle folgend eingebaut.
- Der Bemessungsstrom der Si-
cherungen oder der Regelst-
rom der anderen Schutzvor-
richtungen gegen Überströme
(thermomagnetischer Schalter,
Überstromrelais) ist mit dem
tiefstmöglichen, aber den vor-
gesehenen Strömen entspre-
chendem Wert gewählt wor-
den. Bei dieser Dimensionie-
rung muss der Installateur den
Schutz der Verbindungsgerä-
te des Steuer- und Regelstrom-
kreises im Fall von Überstrom
berücksichtigen,
um
beispielsweise das Schwei-
ßen der Kontakte der Geräte
selbst (Hilfsrelais, Schütze
etc.) zu vermeiden.
- Insbesondere die Leistungs-
kreise, die für die Stromversor-
gung der Antriebe und Bedient-
eile (Bedienteile auf der Maschi-
ne etc.) bestimmt sind, muss
man mit Überstromschutzvor-
richtungen (mit Ausschaltver-
mögen, das ausreicht, um den
angenommenen Störungsstrom
an der Installationsstelle zu un-
terbrechen) versehen.
Zusammen mit der elektroni-
schen Platine wird die Konformi-
tätserklärung hinsichtlich der Nie-
der spannungs richtlinie 73/23/
EG und der Richtlinie für elektro-
magnetische Verträglichkeit 89/
336/EG ausgeliefert.

tórych urz¹dzeñ (przekaŸniki
pomocnicze, styczniki itp.)
- szczególnie obwody elektroe-
nergetyczne przeznaczone do
zasilania napêdów oraz ele-

tów obs³ugi na maszynie itp.)

PROTEZIONI ELETTRICHE
Si rende obbligatorio installare
sistemi di protezione contro le
sovracorrenti e sovraccarichi
secondo la CEI EN 60204.
In particolare si riporta che:
- conformemente ai paragrafi 7.2
e 7.3 della norma CEI EN 60204-
1 in base al tipo di linea, al tipo
di utilizzatore o al circuito col-
legato, tali protezioni sono in-
serite in modo coordinato se-
guendo le linee di alimentazio-
ne fino al punto di connessio-
ne generale.
- la corrente nominale dei fusibili
o la corrente di regolazione
degli altri dispositivi di protezio-
ne contro le sovracorrenti (in-
terruttore magnetotermico, relè
di massima corrente) è stata
scelta di valore più basso pos-
sibile, ma adeguata alle correnti
previste. Attraverso tali dimen-
sionamenti, l'installatore dovrà
tenere conto della salvaguar-
dia degli apparecchi d'intercon-
nessione del circuito di coman-
do e controllo in caso di sovra-
corrente, per evitare ad esem-
pio la saldatura dei contatti del-
le apparecchiature stesse (relè
ausiliari, contattori, ecc.).
- in modo particolare i circuiti di
potenza destinati all'alimenta-
zione degli azionamenti e degli
attuatori di comando (attuatori
a bordo macchina, ecc.) sono
dotati di protezione da corto-
circuito (con potere di interru-
zione sufficiente ad interrom-
pere la corrente di guasto pre-

sunta nel punto di installazio-

ne).
Insieme alla scheda elettrica vie-
ne fornita la dichiarazione di con-
formità alla Direttiva Bassa Ten-
sione 73/23/CE ed alla Direttiva
Compatibilità Elettromagnetica 89/
