4) If the inspection hatch is
present, before commission-
ing the appliance, make sure
the closure knobs are locked
tight.
If the knobs are not locked
tight, the sealing gaskets will
only be partially effective and
this can, in turn, result in the
filter becoming a potential
source of explosive atmos-
pheres (dust leakage) and
also affect the capacity for
resistance to overpressure.
The installer must prepare the
first plant and correct installa-
tion check report according to
the indications in this manual.

4) Wenn die Inspektionsklappe
vorhanden ist, muss man vor
der Inbetriebnahme der Ein-
richtung sicherstellen, dass
die Verschlussgriffe ge-
schlossen worden sind.
Der mangelnde Verschluss
der Griffe bedingt eine nur
teilweise Wirksamkeit der
Dichtelemente der Klappe und
dies kann seinerseits dazu
führen, dass der Filter even-
tuell zur Quelle explosionsfä-
higer Atmosphäre wird (Aus-
tritt von Staub). Außerdem
ändert sich die Widerstands-
fähigkeit gegenüber dem
Überdruck.
Es ist erforderlich, dass der In-
stallateur ein Prüfprotokoll für
Erstanlage und korrekte Installa-
tion nach den Angaben dieses
Handbuchs aufstellt.

Instalator winien przygotowaæ
protokó³ z pierwszej kontroli in-
stalacji produkcyjnej pod k¹tem
prawid³owego monta¿u/insta-
lacji filtra zgodnie z niniejsz¹ in-
strukcj¹.

4) Se presente il portello di ispe-
zione, prima della messa in
servizio dell'apparecchiatura
assicurarsi di aver serrato i
pomelli di chiusura. La man-
canza di chiusura dei pomelli
comporta l'efficacia parziale
delle guarnizioni di tenuta, e
questo a sua volta può far sì
che il filtro diventi una poten-
ziale sorgente di atmosfere
esplosive (fuori uscite di pol-
veri) ed inoltre viene alterata
la capacità di resistenza alla
sovrapressione.
E' necessario che l'installatore
rediga il verbale di verifica di pri-
mo impianto e corretta installa-
zione secondo le indicazioni del
presente manuale.
