PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER LOCATION/IDENTIFICATION

The serial number (A) is located at the mattress cover near foot
right corner of the mattress as shown in Figure 1. Also on the
foam crib and air cell with stamp on it, to reference the serial
number, unzip the cover about one foot to access the foam crib
and air cell. The serial number is also located at the bottom
casing of control unit.
