8. Programming 100 toUch models

8.1 Programming

• The temperature in the boiler shall only be programmed using the keypad of the first unit.

8.2 temperature programming

• To enter the boiler temperature programming, touch the temperature arch of the first unit in any point for
10 seconds.
• Once you have accessed the boiler temperature programming, simply stroke the arch towards the left to
lower the boiler temperature and towards the right to raise it. the change in temperature is immediately
visible on the display.
• During programming, the measurement unit of the chosen temperature will flash (°C or °F).
• The boiler temperature will be controlled electronically with PID (proportional-integral-derivative) logic so
with greater precision than you would achieve with a classic pressure switch.

8.3 Counter reading)

• To enter counter reading, turn the main switch to the "OFF" position; next, turn the switch to the "ON"
position, and when the word SEt is displayed, keep the continuous dispensing key of the first unit pres-
sed for 5 seconds.
• In this condition, the user will see all the keys lit, while the word CNT is displayed. At this stage, simply
keep pressing any key to view on the display of the related unit the number of coffees dispensed with that
key (to display the water counters, use the display of the first unit). Considering that the display of each
unit only has 3 digits, the numerical value of dispensed coffees will be displayed scrolling, separating the
start from the end of each display by a minus sign (horizontal dash).
• Then you can display the total of every coffee unit by touching the related temperature arch, while still in
CNt mode.
• Every single coffee dispensed will increase the counter by one unit, and the same applies for eve-
ry coffee dispensed in start-stop mode; the dispensing of a double coffee will increase the same
counter by 2 units.
• Again in CNT mode, the displaying of the total number of coffees dispensed by the machine, which
cannot be reset, can be obtained by pressing the K3 and K4 keys in the first unit simultaneously. the
aforementioned total will be shown on the display of the first unit.
• While still in CNT mode, the resetting of the servings of each unit will occur by pressing concurrently the
two keys K2 and K5 of each unit for 5 seconds (see photo below).
• The total number of coffees dispensed by the machine during its operation will be stored in the control
unit. this information can only be accessed via serial cable connection by the La San Marco technician
and cannot be deleted.
• To quit the COUNTER mode, press concurrently the keys K1 and K6 of the first coffee unit.
