Remove the product from service before you perform the preventive maintenance inspection. Check all items listed during
annual preventive maintenance for all Stryker Medical products. You may need to perform preventive maintenance checks
more often based on your level of product usage. Service only by qualified service technician.
N N o o t t e e - - Complete functional checks as indicated in the maintenance manual.
Inspect all of the following items:
All fasteners secure
Power cord and plug for fraying
Condition of covers and push handle for damage
Hose ports are operational
Ground chain attached
LCD is not cracked
LCD operational
Touch screen operational
Wheels for smooth operation
Rear caster wheels for free swivel action
Both rear wheels lock secure when applied
Front and rear wheels are not loose or wobbly
Battery backup, functional check
Alarm system - visual and audible, functional check
High temp cutout checks
Water temperature and flow verification, functional check
Probe resistance, functional check
Clear RFU codes
Ground impedance not more than 100mΩ (millohms)
Current leakage not more than 300 (microamps)
Integrity of all clamps and clamped joints located in the air elimination circuit.
Replace the following on an annual basis:
9 V battery
Condenser inlet filter
Air eliminator hose
Inlet filter
