6. Move the cover panel (Pos. 1) downwards. To
do so slacken off the bolts, slide the cover panel
downwards until it is resting on the PC and tighten
the bolts again.
7. On the underside of the multiple socket outlet
(Pos. 3), remove the protective film from the velcro
strip.
8. Slide the multiple socket outlet up against the PC
and then attach to the frame.

Connecting PC
1. Connect the power cord of the monitor to the
multiple socket outlet (refer to Fig. 13, Pos. 3).
2. Connect the power cord to the PC and the multiple
socket outlet.

The power cord is included in the accessories set.
3. Attach the monitor connecting cable to the VGA or
DVI connection (depending on version) of the PC.
4. Attach the keypad and mouse connecting cables to
the PC.
5. Attach the USB extension cable (for USB
connection) to the USB connection of the PC.
6. Secure the monitor power cord, monitor connecting
cable, connecting cable for keypad and mouse, and
the USB extension cable with a cable tie on the
mounting frame (see Fig. 14) (strain relief).

7. Connect the USB connecting cable (see Fig. 15,
Pos. 1) to the USB 2.0 connection of the PC. The
USB 3.0 connection is marked in a different color
and must not be used.
8. Attach the LAN connecting cable (for network
connection) to the network connection of the PC
(Pos. 2).

9. Switch on the mains switch on the back of the PC.

Installing printer (special accessory)

Further information on connection and installation
of the printer can be found in the enclosed
operating instructions.
1. Remove the printer and accessories from the
packaging.
2. Route the power cord through the penetration
(refer to Fig. 13, Pos. 4) into the printer
compartment.
3. Route the USB connecting cable through the
penetration (refer to Fig. 13, Pos. 4) into the printer
compartment.
4. Connect the power supply unit or power cord
(depending on version) to the printer.
5. Attach the USB connecting cable to the printer.
6. Insert the printer in the printer compartment.
7. Connect the power cord to the multiple socket
outlet.
8. Attach the USB connecting cable to the USB
connection of the PC.
