SATIN STITCH

This is a closely spaced stitch for appliqué,
bar tacking, etc. Slightly loosen the top
thread tension and manually adjust the
stitch length between 0.5 and 2.0 for satin
stitching.
Use a backing of stabilizer or interfacing to
avoid puckering.
NOTE: When sewing a dense (closely
spaced) satin stitch, the satin stitch
foot MUST be used.
SATIJNSTEEK
Dit is een leuke dicht op elkaar genaaide steek,
voor opnaaien van applikaties, trensjes enz. Zet de
bovenspanning iets minder. Steeklengte op 0,5-2,00
voor satijnsteken instellen. Gebruik strijkvlieseline
of papier onder de stof.

Material benutzen Sie bitte ein Stickvlies oder
Seidenpapier, um ein Zusammenziehen des
Stoffes zu verhindern.
HINWEIS: Zum Nähen von besonders
engen (d.h. dichten) Zickzackstichen/
R a u p e n s t i c h e n M Ü S S E N S i e d e n
Raupenfuß verwenden.
