3 SEZIONI DI ASPIRAZIONE,
RICIRCOLO ED ESPULSIONE
3.1 SERRANDE
Le serrande utilizzate sono in alluminio estruso anti-
corodal con alette aventi sagomatura a profilo alare e
guarnizione.
Il movimento è del tipo contrapposto ed avviene per
mezzo di ingranaggi in ABS protetti dal flusso dell'aria.
Le serrande di norma sono fornite con perno moto-
rizzabile. Su richiesta il comando può essere di tipo
manuale (ved. accessori par. 3.1.4).
NOTE TECNICHE:
• temperatura limite di utilizzo 80 °C, compatibilmente
con la resistenza degli altri componenti interni
all'unità
• serrande fino alla lunghezza di 1.500 mm in un unico
pezzo, per dimensioni maggiori con divisorio cen-
trale e alette sdoppiate
• velocità di attraversamento dell'aria:
- serrande di ripresa ed espulsione: 4 ÷ 6 m/s
• le serrande installate sulle bocche dei ventilatori
sono realizzate in ferro zincato con alette tamburate
a profilo alare e, a seconda della portata, dotate di
tronchetto distanziatore
• ove le dimensioni lo richiedono, le serrande vengono
fornite con 2 perni coniugati per minimizzare lo sforzo
all'apertura.
• a partire dalla grandezza CTA 260 l'installazione delle
serrande é prevista all'interno della Centrale.
3.1.1 SEZIONI CON 1 SERRANDA
Previste quando l'unità preleva tutto il volume d'aria
dall'ambiente esterno o dal locale. La
composizione standard della sezione
comprende:
- posizionamento: su ogni lato della
sezione
- portata d'aria: 100% della portata
nominale.
3.1.2 SEZIONI CON 2 SERRANDE
(CAMERA DI MISCELA)
Previste quando è richiesta una
miscelazione tra due flussi d'aria. La
composizione standard delle sezioni
comprende:
- posizionamento: su ogni lato della sezione
- portata d'aria:
100% + 100% della portata nominale
100% + 50% della portata nominale
50% + 50% della portata nominale.

3 INLET, RECIRCULATION AND
EXHAUST AIR SECTIONS
3.1 DAMPERS
Dampers are made of extruded anticorodal alumi-
nium with aerofoil blades and gasket.
The movement is opposed type and is made by ABS
gears protected from the airflow. Dampers are usual-
ly supplied with motorizeable pivot.
On request the actuator can be of manual type (see
accessory 3.1.4)
TECHNICAL NOTES:
• working temperature limit 80 °C, compatibly with
the resistance of the other internal components of
the unit
• dampers up to length 1.500 mm in single piece, for
bigger dimensions blades are splitted in two, with
middle divider
• air crossing speed:
- return and exhaust dampers: 4 ÷ 6 m/s
• dampers installed on fan outlets are made of galva-
nized iron with aerofoil drum blades and, according
to the air volume, equipped with spacer stub pipe
• when required by dimensions, the dampers are
equipped with two connected pivots reducing the
opening effort
• from size CTA 260 the installation of dampers is
made inside the unit.
3.1.1 SECTIONS WITH 1 DAMPER
These are foreseen when the unit takes the whole
air volume from the outside or from the
room.
The standard composition of the sec-
tion includes:
- locating: on any side of the section
- air volume: 100% of nominal air
volume.
3.1.2 SECTIONS WITH 2
DAMPERS (MIXING BOX)
These are foreseen when there's the
need of mixing two air flows. The
standard composition of the section
includes:
- locating: on any side of the section
- air volume:
100% + 100% of nominal air volume
100% + 50% of nominal air volume
50% + 50% of nominal air volume
