bsa bottom bracket: orient one of the included aluminum spacers with the raised
surface of the spacer facing away from the crankarm. Slide it onto the bottom bracket
spindle until it contacts the crankarm.

Slide the crankarm spindle through non-drive side bottom bracket cup until the splines come
through the drive side bottom bracket cup and the crankarm (or aluminum spacer) contacts
the non-drive side bottom bracket bearing. It may be necessary to lightly tap the crankarm
with a rubber mallet to get the spindle through the bearings.
