TEMPORARY SYSTEM SHUTDOWN
("STANDBY")
This function lets you suspend operation of all system devices for
a period of 60 minutes (this value cannot be changed) so that
you can perform routine maintenance without having to discon-
nect the power supply.
CAUTION
If you need to access the electrical parts, parts
that are normally powered, or the rotating parts
of the pumps, you must disconnect the electric
power by turning off the all-pole circuit breaker.
To activate the function, press and hold the "Light"
about 8 seconds: the display will show the message "Sby" followed
by the number of minutes the function will remain blocked.
This function will end after 60 minutes or by pressing and
holding the "Light"
key for about 5 seconds.
NOTES
- If a filtering cycles is active, it will restart 40 minutes after
the end of the stand-by condition at the same point it was
stopped. This means that if 1 hour remained when the cycle
was stopped, when it restarts it will operate for this amount of
time and then stop.
- If the heater was on when stopped, it is turned off immedi-
ately and water is circulated for 30 seconds in order to cool
the heating element.

ABNORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS
ALARM SIGNALS

"FLC" The flow switch detects water flow when there is
none (the heater is not turned on).
This may happen if the flow switch, which is connected in series
to the heater, is blocked by deposits or impurities that keep it
from operating properly. The flow switch may also be faulty.
- Contact an authorized Jacuzzi
"FLO" The probe does not detect the water flow (the heater
cannot be turned on).
The cartridge filter and/or pump may be clogged, or the flow
switch may have been installed in the wrong direction with
respect to the normal flow of water. If so, the internal contact will
not close. This will keep the heater from turning on.
The alarm may also appear if the flow switch is faulty.
- Contact an authorized Jacuzzi
"HOH" The measured temperature at the heater is 48 °C
(118 °F) or higher (the heater is turned off).

- If the excessive temperature increase is due to sunlight, add cold
water to the spa.
