1.1 Installation of the spring
- Put one end of the spring in the 4th hole towards the line (diagram 1).
- Place the plate by putting the other end of the spring in the hole of the plate (diagram 2).

1.2 Greasing of the O ring
- Lubricate entirely the seal before the assembly on the cam (diagram 3).
- Assemble the unit on the casing (diagram 4).
We recommend you the use of an adhesive grease :

1.3 Tightening of the clutch knob
- Pay attention to the position of the unit (diagram 5).
- To use a tapping screw TF POZI 3,5mmx19mm Inox316 to tighten the whole of parts (diagram 6).
Recommending torque: 2Nm to 3Nm.

2.1 Greasing of the gears.
Caution, carry out the greasing on teeth and in boring of the gears

Check that the used grease have to be compatible with our raw materials and the specific
conditions of Valpes actuators.
To guarantee a reliable operation the recommendations of assembly have to be respected.
The non-observance of the instructions,precautions and remarks can induce an unquestiona-
ble danger , cause serious damage. Call the ESD Department to obtain an advanced
warranty for the repaired actuator.
