Work position setting:
–
Pull out the pin (1) from the spring tines arm (2).
–
Remove the spring tines arm (2) from the transport
holder (3) and put it on the rotor pipe (4).
–
Secure the spring tines arm (2) with pin (1).
Transport position setting:
–
Pull out the pin (1).
–
Pull the spring tines arm (2) out of plug and put it in
the transport holder (3).
–
Secure the spring tines arm (2) with pin (1).
–
Check up the tightness of the spring
tines, replace any damaged ones!
3.3 Setting the guard rail into work and transport
position
Replace the guard rail only when the transport position
is lowered.

To set the guard rails into transport position the
following steps are required:
–
Pull out the bolt (2).
–
Lift the guard rail (1) into transport position, the bolt
(2) get stuck automatically.
To set the guard rails into working position the
following steps are required:
–
Pull out the bolt (2).
–
Lower the guard rail (1) into horisontal working
position, the bolt (2) get stuck automatically.
3.4 Adjusting the swath width and the swath
curtain
The width of the swaths is adjusted from the driver's
seat during the drive by moving the rotors with
hydraulics of the twoway-working cilinders.
With the rotor position the swath curtain is
automatically lowered into working position or lifted
into transport position.
