f Remove clamping ring

f Remove the empty cable-tie reel and dispose of it in
accordance with local regulations.
Empty cable-tie reels are not taken back by the manufacturer.
f Slip new cable-tie reel

to check that the reel is installed in correct position for

f Install clamping ring
