Attach grille (11) and outer part (12) to each other with
4 screws (13 – 3.5 x 25).
Attach outer part (12) with 4 screws (14 – 3.5 x 25).

Connection to the device

Bend claw clip (8) made from metal strips by inserting into the
LFS clamps (6) – long claws facing inwards.
Push claw clip (8 – long claws facing device) and screw (6)
over the LI air duct (7).
Push hose clip (5) over exhaust duct (4). Push coils together
at end of exhaust duct (4) to produce approx. 2 cm of com-
pressed coils.
Push exhaust duct (4) onto device connection (9) and secure
with hose clip (5).
Push LI air duct (7) onto device connection (9) as far as it
will go.
Position claw clamp (8) beneath LFS clamp (6) at end of duct
and attach LI air duct (7).

Gas connection

The gas supply's operating pressure (30 mbar) must be the
same as the unit's operating pressure (see type plate).
Choose to route the pipes in a way that will facilitate removing
the unit for service tasks.

The gas supply line (8 mm dia.) must be attached to gas-
connection muff (1) with olive screw fitting (2 – included in
delivery). Carefully counterhold with another spanner when
tightening!

Gas-connection muff (1) on the unit may not be shortened
or bent.
Prior to connecting the appliance make sure that the gas lines
are free from dirt, chips and such!
Keep the number of parting connections in the gas supply
line in rooms frequented by people to a technically feasible
minimum.
The gas system must comply with the technical and
administrative regulations of the respective country of use
(e.g. EN 1949 in Europe).
The national legislation and regulations (e.g. DVGW Work
Sheet G 607 for vehicles in Germany) must be observed.
