WARNING! - Select a firm, level surface
to park the machine. Only in case of
absolute necessity park uphill or downhill
without the load. With the load it is not

recommended to park on a slope.

6.3 Make a Load

- Do not transport people in the box and do

not drive sitting or standing inside the
box itself.
- Do not stand under the box when it is in
the up position.

- Always fasten the box with the locking
mechanism; it may rise while the machine
is in motion, causing the load to tip over

The sides of the box can be opened to
facilitate the loading and unloading:
1. To slide the sideboards towards the inside or

the outside, first loosen the screws (A, Fig.15)

which are positioned in 6 points: two under
the front sideboard and two on each lateral
sideboard, one on the bottom and one on

the side.
2. Pull the sideboard to the desired position
(Fig. 16).

3. Fasten the screws (A).

screws (A) after opening or closing the

sideboards. If they open while the machine is

in motion, they could be damaged and cause
injury to you and others.
To raise the box

(C, Fig.17), pulling upwards.
2. Pull the handle (B) upward and lift the box.
To lower the box
1. Hold the handle (B, Figure 17) and lower the
box until it rests against the rubber pads.
2. Reinsert the locking mechanism (C) by
pushing down.

6.4 Storage and Transport

Storage
For engine storage operations, follow the
instructions given in the manual of the
engine.
WARNING!
- Allow to cool hot parts such as the engine
and the gearbox, before storing the
machine in any indoor environment. Be
careful not to touch them. B efore
covering with a plastic sheet, make sure
they are cold enough.
- Place the machine in a covered place, on a
flat, stable surface, with the tank empty
and out of the reach of children.
- E m p t y t h e f u e l a n d o i l t a n k s a n d
reassemble the respective caps (4 and 7,
Fi g. 2 ) . D i s p o s e o f f u e l a n d o i l i n
accordance with the rules and respecting
t h e e n v i r o n m e n t . U s e a p p r o v e d
containers and avoid spills.
- To reduce the fire hazard, keep the engine
and especially the muffler and the tanks
free of grass, leaves or excessive grease.
CAUTION
- Clean the machine thoroughly washing it
with water and dry it. Never use water jets
or solvents to remove dirt. Be careful not
to get water in the air filter and electrical
components; they may be damaged.
- Always lower the transport box.
- Clean up the air filter.
- Check the wear of the engine starter rope.
Prolonged inactivity
If you plan an extended inactivity period (more
than 1 month), follow the instructions in the
engine manual and the start up procedures in
