11. Insert the special lever (1) between the bead and
the rim, so that the bead keeps touching the moun-
ting tool.
12. Move the mounting tool to the outside and bench
mark with the special rim edge reference; rotate
the rim until the front bead has come out comple-
tely.
13. Lean the wheel down on the special platform thus
making enough space to comfortably remove the
tube, if present.
14. To demount the rear bead rotate the mounting tool
by 180°, insert it between the rim and the bead,
bring it close to the edge of the rim and insert the
lever (1) by rotating clockwise the locking flange
until the operation is completed.

Demounting of wheels with bead wire
1. While operating the tool movement control, rotate
the tool so that the disk faces the side of the tire
that has to be bead-broken and, by means of the
working arm movement control, lock the operating
arm.
2. While operating on the working arm translation con-
1 trol, set the bead breaking disk in correspondence of
the inner edge of the rim.
3. Use the special pin to lock the tilt of the tool with
the disk in position.
4. Use the tool translation control to press with the
bead breaking disk the tire bead towards the rim
drop centre and use the pedal to rotate without in-
terruptions the locking flange until the blocking ring
is set free.

Use mounting paste for complete detachment of tire
and rim.
5. Use the appropriate lever (see special accessories,
Chap.3.4) (1), to remove the blocking ring from the
rim.

6. Put the wheel on the special platform thus making
enough space to comfortably remove the tube, if
present.
7. Once the operation is finished, operate the working
arm translation arm to put away the working arm
from the rim and operating the working arm move-
ment control unlock the working arm.
