Cleaning and servicing

All parts except the base are dishwasher proof.
Do not wedge plastic parts in the dishwasher as
they could warp. Always insert the multi function
blade with the conical opening face down.
Wipe the base with a damp cloth only.
Application examples -

Herbs
Maximum quantity: 10 g/½ oz
Setting: 4
Processing time: 20-30 seconds
Note: Process in dry bowl only.
Onions, garlic
Maximum quantity: 100 g/3½ oz
Setting: 4
Processing time: 5-7 seconds
Note: quarter onions
Nuts, almonds
Maximum quantity: 100 g/3½ oz
Setting: 4
Processing time: 1-1½ minutes
Meat
Maximum quantity: 300 g/11 oz
Setting: 4
Processing time: 30-60 seconds
Note: remove bones, gristle and sinews.
Cut meat into large pieces.
Vegetable puree, vegetable soup
Maximum quantity: 375 g/13½ oz
Setting: 4
Processing time: 1 minute
Mayonnaise
2 eggs
15 g/½ oz vinegar
½ tsp. mustard
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
300-400 g/11-14 oz oil
Ingredients must be at the same temperature.
S Mix ingredients (except oil) for several seconds
at setting 4.
S Slowly pour the oil through the funnel and
continue mixing until the mayonnaise
emulsifies.
Processing time: 1½ minutes

Meat pastes, stuffing, pâté
Maximum quantity: 300 g/11 oz
Setting: 4
Processing time: 1 minute
Note: Add meat together with the remaining
ingredients and spices.
Blending (milkshakes, sauces, salad
dressings and cream soups)
Maximum quantity, liquid 0.5 l/18 fl oz
Maximum quantity, solid 375 g/13½ oz
Setting: 4
Kneading and stirring dough
If a small quantity of dough is required (up to
400 g/14 oz flour using appliance model MUM
44.., up to 500 g/1lb 2oz flour using appliance
model MUM 46.. and 47..), it can be processed in
the multi blender.
Yeast dough
Basic recipe
up to 500 g/1lb 2oz flour
1 pinch of salt
25 g/1 oz yeast or 1 packet of dried yeast
approx. 285 ml/10 fl oz warm water
S Put all ingredients (except water) in the bowl.
S While the appliance is running (setting 2), pour
water through the feed tube.
Processing time: 15 seconds at setting 2, then
45 seconds at setting 4.
