Zutaten müssen gleiche Temperatur haben.
S Zutaten (außer Öl) einige Sekunden auf Stufe 4
mischen.
S Das Öl langsam durch den Trichter gießen und
so lange weiter mischen, bis die Mayonnaise
emulgiert.

Anmerkung: Fleisch zusammen mit restlichen
Zutaten und Gewürzen einfüllen.
Mixen (Milchmixgetränke, Soßen,
Salatdressing und Cremesuppen)
Maximalmenge, flüssig 0,5 l
Maximalmenge, fest 375 g
Stufe: 4
Teig kneten und rühren
Wird eine geringe Menge Teig (bis 400 g Mehl bei
Geräte Ausführung MUM 44..., bis 500 g Mehl
bei Geräte Ausführung MUM 46... und 47...)
benötigt, so kann dieser im Multi Mixer zubereitet
werden.
Hefeteig
Grundrezept
bis 500 g Mehl
1 Prise Salz
25 g Hefe oder 1 Päckchen Trockenhefe
ca. 285 ml warmes Wasser
S Alle Zutaten (außer Wasser) in die Schüssel
geben.
S Wasser bei laufendem Gerät (Stufe 2) durch
den Trichter dazu gießen.
Verarbeitungszeit: 15 Sekunden auf Stufe 2,
dann 45 Sekunden auf Stufe 4.
Änderungen vorbehalten.

Bowl

Operating position

Safety instructions

The multi blender must be completely assembled
before use. Never assemble the multi blender on
the base unit.
Do not attach/remove the multi blender until the
drive has stopped.
Keep fingers clear of the filling shaft, use the
pusher to force down the ingredients.
When inserting and removing the multi function
blade, grip it by the conical base only.
Keep children away from the appliance.

Predetermined breaking point

The predetermined breaking point protects the
drive.
If the appliance is overloaded, the disc holder on
the drive shaft breaks and can be easily replaced.
New disc holders are available from customer
service.

Caution when handling the multi function blade
and cutting discs.
Warning!
The multi blender cannot be attached to the
food processor and operated until it has been
assembled and the lid rotated as far as the lid
lug. If required, hold the lid lug with your thumb
(Fig. 7).
