Additional input for driving to the safety position

The positioner is equipped with an additional input (terminal 81 [+] and terminal 82 [--]) for driving to the safety
position. After activating this function this input must be supplied with uninterrupted +24 V , to allow normal positio-
ning operation.
If this power supply is switched off or drops out, the air exhaust valve is automatically opened and the drive will
move to the pre--arranged safety position, so that the drive cannot be activated using the keys on the control unit
or by means of the master switch.
This function is activated by the coding bridge on the motherboard. This is accessible after removing the module
cover and must be moved from the right position (as delivered) to the left position.
