Wichtige Hinweise
SIPART PS2 benötigt für den störungsfreien Betrieb saubere,
trockene und nicht geölte Instrumentenluft.
Erforderliche Druckluftqualität nach ISO/DIS 8573-1:
• Feststoffgröße und -dichte: Klasse 2
• Drucktaupunkt: Klasse 2 (mindestens 20 K unter
Umgebungstemperatur)
• Ölgehalt: Klasse 2
Bei Arbeiten am Druckluftnetz ist darauf zu achten, dass eventuell
vorhandene bauseitige Verschmutzungen wie Wasser, Öl, Späne,
Lötmittelrückstände usw. durch Freiblasen beseitigt werden.
Schliessen Sie den Stromeingang (Klemme 6 und 7) niemals an eine
Spannungsquelle an, sonst kann der Stellungsregler zerstört werden.
Benutzen Sie immer eine Stromquelle mit einem maximalen
Ausgangsstrom von 20 mA.
Important notes
SIPART PS2 needs clean, dry and oil-free instrument air to
guarantee fault-free operation.
Required quality of instrument air according to ISO/DIS 8573-1:
• Solid content and size: class 2
• Pressure dew point: class 2 (not less than 20 K below ambient
temperature
• Contents of oil: class 2
When working on the compressed air network, ensure that any
contamination such as water, oil, particulates, solder residues etc.
is removed by blowing out.
Never connect the current input (terminal 6 and 7/8) to a power
supply, otherwise the positioner may be destroyed.
This input is only for use with a current generator with a maximum
current of 20 mA DC.
