10. Device position
Observe the following instructions when assembling /
positioning the device:

• Position the device securely on level, horizontal ground.
10.1. Electronic control 230 V
Connect the supply cable to the electrical cabinet power
supply.
11. Commissioning
11.1. Connection and functions of the switch and
electronics unit
Connect the pump as follows:
• The main switch (1) is used to switch the pump on/off
• The speed control (5) is used to adjust the conveying
speed between 0 and 10. Always set the pump to mini-
mum before starting!
• Plug the remote control cable into the remote control
socket (4).
• Connect the connecting cable provided with the
device connector (3) and 230 V power supply.
• Switch the position switch (2) to "Forwards" (latching)
• Pressing the button on the remote control cable switch
turns the pump on and starts pumping.
• The motor speed is then increased by turning the speed
control (5) clockwise.
• CAUTION: Never allow the unit to run dry without
material. This could otherwise cause damage to the screw
casing.
11.1.2. Function after commissioning:
The motor starts. The material is transported via the
pump shaft into the screw conveyor and from there into
the conveying hoses.
11.2. Before you start pumping

Electrical voltage!
Risk of fatal injury due to electric shock.
• Only connect the pump to the correct building site power
distribution boards with RCD type B circuit breaker; 30
mA.
• The connection must be fused with 10 A.
• If the fuse type is unknown, use a personal protection
cable with PRCD-S switch (STORCH part no. 60 02 25).
• Cross-section of the supply cable: at 230 V: 1 PH, at
least 2.5 mm .

• Connect the supply cable to the electrical unit.
