4. Incoming goods check

Check the machine for the following
immediately after delivery:
• Transport damage or other defects
• Completeness of the components based on the delivery
note
• Do not forget any parts in the packaging

4.1. Scope of delivery

The scope of delivery results from the components of the
order and can be checked by means of the delivery note.
PS 12, plaster/air hose package 10 m NW 25, fine plaster
lance with 13 mm nozzle, remote control cable 14 m with
remote control switch, tool kit, connection cable, opera-
ting instructions.

4.2. Complaints

Complaints for damages relating to transport damage can
only be asserted if you notify the carrier without delay.

Please always quote the machine number in case of spare
parts orders, queries or complaints. You will find this
information on the type plate or in the delivery note.
4.2.1. Damage report
In the event of transport damage, immediately prepare a
damage report which should contain the following infor-
mation:
• Your customer address
• Name of carrier and driver
• Date and time of delivery
• Order number and machine designation as per delivery
note
• Description of damage
• Driver's signature
• Signature of person receiving goods customer side
Have the driver sign the report to confirm the transport
damage. Send a copy of the damage report to the trans-
port company and a copy to STORCH GmbH and clarify
the options for repairing the damage with one of our ser-
vice centres (see chapter 21).
