5. Using the PS 12

5.1. Intended use
The plaster and plaster pump is used for spraying and
conveying pumpable materials up to a maximum grain
size of 3 mm.

5.2. Unintended use

If the pump is used improperly, danger to life and limb
and impairments of the device or other assets threaten
the user!
Not suitable for foodstuffs!
Health-damaging effect.
• Use the PS 12 exclusively for processing the products
listed in chapter 5.1 "Intended use"!
• Do not use the PS 12 for processing other products, e.g.,

6. Training, qualification of operating staff

Use our STORCH Service when commissioning the
device; this includes training for the users in handling the

Use of the pump by unqualified persons poses a risk to
the life and health of the operator, and of damage to the
device or other property.

5.2.1. Liability disclaimer

STORCH GmbH assumes no liability for damage or its
consequences resulting from unintended use of the pump.

5.3. Functional principle

The PS 12 can be fed with pumpable materials made from
mineral or organic products. The material is fed to the
feed screw via the pump shaft.
The material is conveyed through the connected plaster
hoses to the processing location. When it gets there it is
applied to walls, ceilings or panels by means of appro-
priate spraying or adhesion bonding equipment.
