Symptom
The pump motor stops.
Pump is not conveying
material, although the
motor is turning.
The pump is not conveying
any/enough material - or
the pump is not building up
enough pressure.

Store the machine in a covered place.

Possible cause
Hardened material in the
pump hopper or screw con-
veyor.
Pump shaft disconnected,

Analysis, remedy
• Run the machine in reverse until the mortar pressure
gauge indicates 0 bar and the material hose is depressuri-
sed.
• Disconnect the motor from the power supply or remove
the connecting cable.
• Remove the hardened material and clean the pump hop-
per or screw conveyor.
• Disconnect the motor from the power supply or remove
the connecting cable. Open the screws on the pump hop-
per and reattach the pump shaft. If necessary, replace the
pump shaft (wear) seal the pump hopper again with the
screws.
• Disconnect the motor from the power supply or remove
the connecting cable. If needed, replace the screw con-
veyor.

17.3. Electronic control

Shut down the electrical control unit as
follows:
• Switch the machine off! To do so, press the main switch
on the machine!
• Disconnect the mains plug!
• Recycle the metal!
• Dispose of the device via a scrap metal dealer or your
local scrap metal collection point!
