18. Warranty

In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, your product comes with a 1-year
warranty from the date of purchase� Please keep your receipt as proof of the start
of the warranty period� Once you send in your warranty card we will grant you an
additional year under the manufacturer's warranty, resulting in a total period of
two years under warranty� Defective or damaged parts will be repaired or replaced
free of charge during the warranty period� The warranty excludes design-related
modifications as well as parts subject to wear (cushions and covers)�
Important!
We will accept no liability in the case of damages associated with our product in
combination with third-party products of any kind, some of which may involve
significant risks, with the exception of products by other manufacturers, which we
have expressly approved� The warranty also excludes any defects occurring as the
result of normal wear, excessive stress, deliberate damage, as well as misuse�
Non-observance of the operating guidelines, improperly performed maintenance
and repairs, and especially any technical modifications and/or additions (attach-
ments) without prior approval of interCo GmbH will void both the warranty as
well as the general product liability obligations�
