10.5 Back rest/Lateral side supports
It is best to adjust the lateral side
supports (Fig� 11) with the patient
seated in the chair� In order to achie-
ve an ideal level of support, adjust
one side first and then the other�
Unzip the cushion on the

lower back rest�
Loosen the 2 screws on each

side with the Allen wrench
(size 4)�
Adjust the lateral side sup-

ports to the measurements
of the patient�
Re-tighten screws with the

Allen wrench (size 4)�
Zip the zipper closed�

2 Important!
If the adjustment options for the
lateral side supports (Fig� 12) are
not sufficient for the patient in the
standard position, then the lower
back rest provides other alterna-
tive positions� In order to make use
of these alternative positions the
cover on the lower back rest must
be completely removed�
Removing the head rest (see

Fig� 16)
Loosen the chest harness

strap (1) at the clip buckles (2)�
Unzip the zipper (3) on the

lower back cushion�
