The upper back rest must be po-
sitioned parallel to the lower back
rest in order to ensure precise guid-
ance of the straps�
Re-tighten screws with the

Allen wrench (size 4)�
Zip the zipper closed�

Replace head rest and adjust

it to the correct height
(see Fig� 15)�
10.7 Back rest/Inclination angle
The inclination angle of the back
rest (Fig� 14) can be adjusted to
meet the needs of the patient� The
back rest has a fixed adjustable
range of -10° to +30°� Turn the red
clamping lever two revolutions on
the lower back rest to loosen it,
adjust it to the correct angle, re-
tighten clamping lever�
4 Important!
If you want the back rest to be
moveable, then this option can be
selected and adjusted using the dy-
namic back rest (see Fig� 21)�
10.8 Back rest/Head rest
It is possible to adjust the head rest (Fig� 15) individually to the patient's head
using the snap rod and the two joints� The height of the head rest can be easily
and securely adjusted by pressing the snap rod button (4) on the head rest holder
(1)� The rod will snap into the next position by pulling slightly on the head rest and
pressing the button briefly� The head rest can be completely removed by pressing
the snap rod button and holding it down�
