11.2 Supine position
It is possible to recline the back
rest (Fig� 22) to an angle of up to
30° in order to provide the option
of a relaxed supine position� To do
so, loosen the red clamping lever
on the lower back rest, adjust it to
the desired angle, and re-tighten
the clamping lever (Fig� 14)� The
foot rests can also be adjusted to
provide further support in the su-
pine position and ensure that the
patient enjoys the greatest possible
comfort (see Fig� 20)�

12.1 Upper arm supports
The upper arm supports (Fig� 23)
limit the range of motion� The pa-
tient is no longer able to move his
or her arms backwards, between
the back rest and arm rest� The
standard equipment includes the
upper arm supports mounted on
