3. Prescribed Use

The "Radio Weather Station WS 9720 IT" is for the display of the indoor/outdoor temperature
and the indoor/outdoor air humidity. An outdoor sensor, included in delivery, supplies the
readings of outside temperature and air humidity wireless to the weather station.
A DCF clock is furthermore integrated in the weather station.
Via a graphic on the display the weather station shows a weather forecast.

A list of all features and characteristics of the product is presented in
chapter 5.
The weather forecasts of the weather station should only be regarded as benchmarks. They
do not present an absolutely precise forecast. The manufacturer does not take on responsi-
bility for incorrect displays, recordings or weather forecasts and consequences which may
result from them.
The product is intended for private use, it is not suitable for medical purposes or for informing
the public.
The contents of this product are not a toy, it contains fragile and swallowable glass parts, small
parts and also batteries. Keep the product out of reach of children!
Operate all components in a way so that they are out of children's reach.
The product is operated via batteries. The external sensor transmits its data via radio (see
under chapter "Range") to the weather station.
Any use other than the one described above may damage the product and there are also other
possible dangers.
Read these operating instructions thoroughly and carefully, they contain a lot of important
information for installation, operation and handling. Observe all safety instructions!
