6.2 Charging the Battery

INFORMATION
In order to avoid damage during the charging process, the orthosis does not function while
charging. Current stance phase resistance is selected.
INFORMATION
• Charging the battery is only possible at temperatures over 0°C / 32°F.
• Fully charging the battery in the orthosis takes approximately 6 - 8 hours.
• Prior to initial use, the installed battery should be charged for at least 3 hours.
INFORMATION
• The capacity of a fully charged battery is sufficient for one full day.
• We recommend charging the battery overnight when using the orthosis on a daily basis.
