Regular cleaning
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
Faulty electrical installation or ex-
cessive mains voltage may result
in an electric shock. Water which
penetrates into the appliance may
cause short-circuiting.
• Never open the housing of the mi-
crowave.
• Pull out the mains plug each time
before you clean the device.
• Do not touch the mains plug with
wet hands.
• Always pull out the mains plug at
the plug; never pull the cable out
of the socket.
Risk of burns!
Improper handling of the microwave
may lead to burns. During use, the
microwave and its touchable parts
become very hot, particularly in the
vicinity of the air vents. The contain-
ers can also get very hot due to the
foods. After using the Grill or Com-
bi modes, the grill (at the top of the
cooking chamber) is very hot.
• Allow the grill to cool off first.

NOTICE
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the microwave
oven may lead to damage.
• If the device is insufficiently clean,
this can destroy the surfaces thus
influencing the service life, and
can potentially lead to hazardous
situations. Clean the microwave
regularly and remove any food
scraps which may be present.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive
cleaning or scouring products and
do not use any steel sponges or
scouring sponges! Do not use
oven spray! Never spray cleaning
products into the microwave!
• Do not use metal scrapers to clean
the viewing window. The glass
surface could become scratched
or the window could shatter.
• Ensure that no water or cleaning
fluids penetrate the microwave
through the ventilation slits.
• Do not use a steam cleaner or
high-pressure cleaner. Steam
could get into live components
through cracks.
If possible, clean the appliance after each use
before any dirt can dry.
1. Remove rotisserie rack 6, glass rotary
plate 3, roller ring 5, and rotary plate drive 4.
They are best washed by hand using a mild
detergent.
2. Clean the appliance with a soft, damp cloth,
especially the cooking chamber floor and
door seal surfaces. Use warm water and a
normal all-purpose cleaner or washing-up
liquid and a soft sponge or cloth. Loosen
stubborn dirt with undiluted all-purpose
cleaner.
