• Do not exceed the cooking time.
• Do not place any objects (cookery
books, dishcloths etc.) in the cook-
ing chamber. Accidentally switching
on the microwave could damage or
even ignite these objects.
• Do not use the microwave to dry out
food or clothes or to warm up heat-
ing pads, slippers, sponges, damp
cleaning cloths or similar. This can
lead to injury, ignition or fire.
• Do not use the microwave oven to
warm up cushions filled with grains,
cherry stones or gel.
• Never heat up flammable objects
in the microwave. Never prepare
dishes containing alcohol. Do not
fry foods using the microwave oven
and never heat up oil! The oil tem-
perature cannot be monitored.
• In case of a fire or smoke in the
cooking chamber: Do not open the
door! Switch off the microwave,
pull out the mains plug or isolate
the fuse in your fuse box or switch
off the appliance.
Risk of burns!
Improper handling of the microwave
may lead to burns.
During use, the microwave and its
touchable parts become very hot,
particularly in the vicinity of the air
vents. You must take care in order to
avoid touching the heating elements.
The containers can also get very hot
due to the foods. After using the Grill
or Combi modes, the grill (at the top
of the cooking chamber) is very hot.
5 minutes for your safety
• Keep children under 8 years of age
away from the device, unless they
are under constant supervision.
• Allow the grill to cool off first.
• Do not open the housing!
• Always use dishcloths to remove
objects from the cooking chamber.
The rotisserie racks may also be
hot.
• Food is sometimes heated up un-
evenly in the microwave. The con-
tainers also tend not to become as
hot as the food inside. Check the
food temperature carefully, particu-
larly if serving it to children.
• Before heating up baby food,
please remove the screw cap and
suction teat from the feed bottle.
• Always stir baby food thoroughly
after warming it and shake it and
always check the temperature of
the baby food directly!
• Set the power level and time exact-
ly in accordance with the packag-
ing instructions.
CAUTION
Risk of scalding!
Heating the liquid can cause so-
called 'delayed boiling'. The liquid
then reaches boiling temperature
without any outward visible sign of
boiling. Even a small vibration may
cause the liquid to suddenly spray
out, for example when removing it
from the microwave oven.
• Do not use tall, narrow containers
with a narrow neck.
