Controllo usura pastiglie
Ogni
3000 km controllare lo spessore delle pastiglie Ireni:
•
Spessore minima del materiale d'attrito
mm.
1,5.
Se
lo
spessore minima del materiale d'attrito
e
inleriore
al suddetto
valore,
e
necessario
cambiare le
pastiglie.
Dopo
la sostituzione
non
occorre eseguire lo spurgo
degli
impianti
Irenanti,
ma
e
sufficiente azionare le
leve
di
comando
ripetutamente
fine
a riportare i
pistoncini
delle pinze nella posizione
normale.
In occasione della sostituzione delle
pastiglie,
verilicare
le condizioni delle tubazioni
Ilessibili:
se danneggiate
devono
essere immediatamente
sostituite.
N.B. -In caso di sostituzione
delle pastiglie
e
oppor-
tuno,
per
i
primi 100
km,
agire sui freni con
modera-
zione,
al fine di permettere un corretto assestamen-
to delle stesse.
Controllo dischi freni
I
dischi Ireni
devono
essere perfettamente
puliti,
senza
olio,
grasso od
altra sporcizia e non
devono
presentare
prolonde
rigature.
Nel caso
di
sostituzione o revisione
dei
dischi,
occorre
controllare
lo
«starfallarnento»:
il controllo si
esegue
mediante
comparatore
ed
il valore massimo non
deve
superara mm
0,2.
Se lo
«sfartallarnsnto»
del
disco
EJ superiore
al
valore
sopra indicato,
occorre controllare
accuratamente
II
montaggio
dei dischi
sui mozzi
ed il giuoco
dei
cuscinetn
sui
suddetti
mozzi.
La coppia
di serraggio
delle
viti
che lissano i
dischi
ai
mozzi
e
di
kgm
2,2+2,4.
Checking brake pads wear
Check the thickness ol the brake pads every 3000
km:
•
Wear limit
1.5
mm.
II the pads are
below
the wear limit
they
should be
changed.
There is no need
to
bleed the brakes
when
the new pads
have just been
litted;
pumping the brake lever a lew
times
will
return the caliper pistons to their normal
position.
When changing the
pads,
also check the Ilexible
hoses;
il
damaged they should be replaced
immediately.
N.B. -
Use the brakes with moderation
for the first
100 km
atter
fitting
new brake
pads,
to allow the
pads to get properly
bedded
in.
Checking brake disks
The brake disks must be perfectly
clean,
with no
oil,
grease
or other
dirt on
them.
They should
also
show no
signs ol
scoring.
Illitting new
disks or
overhauling,
the
«wobble»
must be
checked;
this check can be carried out with a
gauge,
the
maximum value
should
not
exceed
0,2
mm.
II the disk
«wobble»
is more than this
value,
the disk
assembly
on the
hub
must
be carelully
checked
and the
play that the bearings have
on
this
hub.
The torque wrench setting ol the screws
that
lix the disk
to the hubs is 2,2+2,4
kgm.
