Die jeweils ersten 4 Byte (1 DWord) repräsen-
tieren einen Messwert im S7-Short-Real-
Format, im jeweils fünften Byte ist die Quali-
tätskennung für diesen Messwert im IEC-
Format abgelegt.
Es folgen
1 Byte Ext_State und
8 Byte S7 Date and Time
Die beiden Füllbytes sorgen für eine Daten-
Struktur im 16 Byte Raster.
